An all-encompassing learning experience!

As I completed the final module and reflected, I realized that this course reminded me of tools and approaches to problems that add empathy and creativity to my process improvement background and approaches. This therefore will increase my toolbox when working with different people and initiatives at my organization. Having both an online e-learning ability and then an in person learning/application, truly allows for an all-encompassing learning experience.
