Very similar to the training I got through school, but definitely presented in a way that is easier to understand. Learned that a semester-long course could pretty much be summed up in this 1 hour course...
It exposed some weaknesses in our system that prior to this course I would not have thought of changing. Specific examples that I feel need focused on is computer organization, sorting unneeded items, and labeling drawers for easy access....
I absolutely love the 5S Model. It will be so nice to have everyone on the same page....
This course has taught me much about change management and I look forward to implementing some of these 5S ideas in the workplace....

The 5S process is so simple that I cant believe that I have been missing this in my digital world....
