    • At the Green Dot, we maintain a centralized database to record and track all customer refund requests and complaints.
    • After receiving the request, we will assign the request to a designated staff member or team responsible for investigation.
  4. Resolution Plan and Implementation:

    • We will develop a clear plan to address your request within 48 hours of receipt. If the resolution requires additional time, we will keep you informed about the progress with regular updates. Our goal is to maintain open and transparent communication with you throughout the resolution.
    • Once an acceptable resolution is established, we will implement the resolution plan promptly and effectively.
  5. Follow-Up and Feedback

    • After the resolution has been implemented, we will reach out to ensure satisfaction.
    • During the final step we will ask for feedback on our resolution process and use this information to improve our customer service process, as well as our products and services.

Refund Eligibility:

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. Subscriptions can be cancelled by visiting your Subscription section under My Account.


When requesting a refund for a subscription, a member can request a credit rollover or refund, as long as the request is requested in writing within 14 days of the upcoming billing cycle.


For digital downloads, e-learning, or tool templates, customers can request a refund within 48 hours of their original purchases.


Conditions for Refund:

We’ll gladly refund your purchase if you find the digital resource defective, incomplete, or significantly different from what we advertised.
