Amy has spent the last 15 years in the world of customer service and sales. She works with companies globally to improve their performance in sales, service and leadership. In Amy’s experience, if their are problems that exist between the internal customers, then the end customer is going to experience problems as well. The solution, is to create a sense of ownership for each individuals work and to have curiosity about what happens upstream and downstream of your own work.
